HomeDocs™ is our Edina Realty Home Services’ exclusive and secure central storage e-cabinet for your home purchase, sale and closing documents. You can also find special home improvement promotional offers in your e-file cabinet.

When Do I Get To View My HomeDocs™?

When you purchase or sell your home with us, you can access all your home ownership documents anytime of the day or night in your own online, e-file cabinet. With the click of a mouse, you can review your purchase agreement, your mortgage, your settlement statement and more. Most importantly, it’s secure, so only you and the Edina Realty professionals directly involved with your home purchase or sale (your agent, closer and loan officer) have access.  

How Does It Work?

Once you have agreed to sell or purchase a home with us, we will mail you access information, along with instructions for getting started. All you have to do is login to myedinarealty.com from our Web site (register there if you have not done so previously), click on HomeDocs™, and login with your account number to access your home documents. Login to HomeDocs™ now!

Do I Qualify for HomeDocs™?

If you have recently purchased or sold your home with Edina Realty and have not yet received HomeDocs^TM access information, contact your Edina Realty Sales Associate or Customer Service at 877-270-1289.
